WNTD LTD (“WNTD”, “we”, “us”) operates an invite-only platform that connects professional vehicle buyers and sellers. WNTD LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number [COMPANY NUMBER] with its registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
The platform is available to professional buyers, dealers, brokers and traders. Accounts are subject to approval. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Buyers post wanted listings describing the vehicle or registration plate they are looking for. Sellers may respond with offers. You are responsible for the accuracy of any listing, offer, photograph or document you submit. Offers and finalised deals are commitments to transact in good faith.
WNTD introduces buyers to sellers. We charge the buyer a finder's fee of 0.75% of the agreed sale value, plus VAT, payable once a deal is finalised. The fee is shown to both parties before either confirms, and is collected by card through Stripe. Each party's contact details are released to the other once the fee is paid.
WNTD LTD is registered for VAT and our VAT number has not yet been issued. Until it is, the fee is charged as a single VAT-inclusive amount rather than shown with VAT as a separate line, and we will issue a VAT invoice for it once the number is available. The total payable is the same either way.
The finder's fee is the only payment that passes through WNTD. The sale of the vehicle or registration plate, and the money for it, are settled directly between buyer and seller by arrangement between them. WNTD is not a party to that sale, does not hold, receive or transmit funds for it, and provides no escrow, settlement or payment service in respect of it.
If a finalised deal does not complete, either party may report it to us from the deal card and we will consider refunding the finder's fee. We can refund only our own fee. Any sums paid between buyer and seller are a matter between them.
The platform is provided “as is”. Our role is limited to introducing buyers and sellers to each other. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WNTD is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, including non-payment, non-delivery, vehicle condition, title, or the accuracy of user-submitted content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these terms from time to time and will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
